We want our patterns to be perfect and try as we may, sometimes this is not the case. Mistakes may slip by us and the pattern is printed before they are caught. Usually this is in the first printing, so it might not affect the pattern you have. To make your life a bit easier we have included this page with updates and suggestions.
Pattern Updates
Yoyoville
We've had some confusion on the number of yo-yo's needed for the entire quilt. This should help:
Quilt Center = 157
Quilt Border = 40
Total number of yo-yo's = 197
We cut the border yo-yo's from the fat quarters. If you prefer you can purchase 5 charm packs total and not have any cutting!
A Vintage Christmas
Block Four: Finished block size should be 20" x 10"

#976 has changed to #921
#3688 has changed to #818
Carry Me Bag
Note: On the first printing the amounts for the Timtex yardage and the Craftfuse Interfacing yardage were reversed on the pattern back. It should read 1 yd of Timtex and 1 1/2 yd Craftfuse.
If you only purchased 1 yard Craftfuse do this:
Cut 4 strips 1 wide x length and overlap two on each handle. It will work just fine and you'll have plenty of interfacing.

Half Square Triangle Blocks
Cut 5 assorted red print squares 2 ⅞ x 2 ⅞ & 5 assorted cream print squares 2 ⅞ x 2 ⅞
Cut 10 solid cream squares 2 ⅞ x 2 ⅞
Place one print and one cream square right sides together. Draw a diagonal line from corner to corner; stitch on each side of diagonal line. Cut diagonally in half on the diagonal line. Press toward the print.
Little Jelly Bags:
When making the extra large bag, measure up 14" for the bottom of the strap NOT 11" as it says in the earlier patterns.
Darned Cute Bag:

Postcard Cuties for Spring and Summer
The first printing was released with the wrong scallop pattern for the side borders. If this affects the pattern you have, you can print a new pattern by clicking on the link below:

Patchwork Pines
The first printing was released without the necessary yardage for the purple fabric. Only a few were released without an insert, so this may not affect the pattern you have. Sorry! You will need 1/4 yard of purple fabric for the pieced blocks.
Pumpkin Hill
We've caught 4 mistakes and corrected them right away, so not many patterns have mistakes. We hope your pattern is not affected, but just in case here are the corrections:
1. On the back of the main pattern we call for two 1/2" star buttons. You need one 1/2" star button and one 1/2" flower button.
2. Block One: The star template is missing. You will find the same star template in block number four.
3. The photo on block 6 is wrong. The squares on the left side belong to block number five. The directions inside block 6 are correct.
4. Block Seven: There is something about those little squares that we just didn't see when writing our pattern!
You need 6 squares 3" x 3" of assorted fabrics for top of block seven.
Cut the squares to 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" and stitch the six squares together.
Stitch to top of background square as shown in color photo.
Rabbits Prefer Chocolate
Block number two:
The early drawings for the flower stem are not perfect. Make your 7 strips of bias and trim to fit on background, curving slightly as needed. Fold under stem end 1/4. Tilt the left leaf, ever so slightly, as shown in color photo. You may find it easier to place the applique 1/2" up from the bottom, but it will still fit if you place it 3/4" as directed in pattern.
Border:
Trace 3 scallops of each pattern, not 4 as printed on scallop pattern
All Things Christmas, Block number Six:
Mitten Background: Cut Mitten background 4 1/2" x 6 1/2"; cut 4 strips 1 1/2" x 6 1/2"
Little Lambs
Yardage on back of pattern should read: 3/8 yard of pink floral and 1/2 yard of pink check.
